How the Guarantee Works
If you are not happy with Villora for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. Bottles can be returned empty, and the refund is processed under the refund steps below.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Villora customer care through the details on your order confirmation, or email us at support@viillora.com and we will point you to the right place.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Return your bottles following the instructions you receive. Return shipping is at your own expense, and there is no restocking fee.
- Your refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days after your return is received.
Your Digital Guides
If your pack included the two digital guides, they are yours to keep either way.
